8.1.26 Accountability - Monitoring Levels of Client Satisfaction
Education and health respondents were asked if they surveyed youth or parents for their views about the quality of the services and programs. About 1/3 of public health units reported that they surveyed adolescents on their satisfaction with the sexual health services provided. Otherwise, a small minority reported that they surveyed parents or youth about their perceptions of the information and counseling services provided.

Education respondents were also asked if they surveyed parents or students about their satisfaction with the sexuality education provided. Very few education ministries, school districts or school principals reported that they survey their clientele regularly for their views on the sexuality education.
Education ministries and school districts were asked a combined question to determine if they had surveyed parents or students. Their responses were as follows:
