Education ministries were asked if they had funded workshops organized by teacher or health groups. They were also asked if they used ministry electronic communications networks to facilitate exchanges of ideas among teachers and others. A minority of education ministries reported that they regularly funded or supported workshops with other community groups and teachers; however, a majority said that they use electronic networks regularly to support teachers.
