Education respondents were also asked if students had the opportunity to study about HIV/AIDS or sexuality as part of optional courses. These could include optional ethics/ religion courses, optional health or PE course, sociology courses and others. The following table reports their responses. A minority of respondents at all levels reported students can access additional opportunities to learn about HIV as part of an elective course.
