Education ministry officials were asked if they had conducted studies on the social climate of their schools and the student attitudes towards HIV and sexuality. No ministry said that they regularly conduct such studies. Two ministries reported that they had done so in the past. The responses were as follows:

A similar question was asked of education ministries about studies done of the school staff attitudes related to HIV/AIDS, STD and sexuality. No ministry reported that they have done such studies, although a minority did report that they were planning such studies. Their responses were as follows:
