Sustained Marketing - Youth Awareness Campaigns
8.4.6 Sustained Marketing - Youth Awareness Campaigns
A minority of public health respondents reported that they regularly had advertising campaigns aimed at youth regarding HIV/sexuality. The public health units reported more use of media advertising that was aimed at youth about sexual health than health ministries or public health nurses. Less than 25% of health respondents at all three levels reported that they were regularly aiming social marketing campaigns at youth to promote sexual health or to prevent HIV or STD.
